Join MCE at the Civic Center in Walnut Creek for a fun Earth Day celebration! There will be live music, workshops and opportunities to meet with local organizations and businesses that support the environment and create healthier communities.

Pinole Earth Walk
Saturday, April 20, 2024

Join the City of Pinole for their “Pinole Earth Day Walk” on Saturday, April 20th from 9am-11am at Fernandez Park. The walk will be followed by community earth activities in the park that focus on environmental stewardship. Please visit their website for event updates and to learn more!

Earth Day Mill Valley
Sunday, April 21, 2024
Join the fun at Marin’s largest Earth Day event with free, family-friendly activities including art, music, youth and exhibits about climate action all in a beautiful outdoor setting! With over 75 environmental booths and activities hosted by green businesses and community groups, visitors of all ages will learn about climate actions such as: clean energy, electric vehicles, and building healthy communities. Registration is required, tickets are free.

Danville Interfaith Earth Fest 2024

Join MCE in Danville at the Peace Lutheran Church for ritual, art, music, speakers, booths, activities, and ceremonies to celebrate the Earth and community. You will also have an opportunity to meet with MCE staff to discuss local clean energy options. We hope to see you there!

Slide Ranch Spring Fling
Saturday, April 27, 2024 
Enjoy a day-long celebration featuring animal encounters, nature exploration and farm discovery surrounded by coastal cliffs on the Pacific! Highlights include: goat milking, live sheep shearing, musical performances, arts and nature crafts, harvesting activities, cooking, scenic hikes and more! Guests will also learn about plastic waste and how to be a part of the solution! Registration is limited, advance registration is required.

International Bird Rescue World: SF Bay-Delta Wildlife Center Open House

This family-friendly annual open house gives the public an in-depth and up-close chance to learn how International Bird Rescue rehabilitates injured, orphaned, and sick water birds. Bike To Wherever Day (BTWD) – “Spread Peace and Ride Bikes”

MCE will be kicking off our Bike Month celebrations at “Bike to Wherever Day” and hope to see you there! Sponsored by Marin County Bicycle Coalition (MCBC) and in their 30th year, this well-attended annual event features energizer stations at locations throughout Marin County. Leave the car at home and discover the joys of biking to work, school while helping to reduce carbon emissions!
